2011 – Coral Bay – Ningaloo Reef – Western Australia

This Great Western adventure featured The ‘Crusader Inspiration’ caravan towed by the Toyota Landcruiser 200 Series.

We traveled across to the West, across the Nullabor, whale watching, sightseeing along the amazing cliffs of the Great Australian Bight.

The trip across the Nullabor never is boring, there’s so much to see and pleasant stops to make.

Then we toured the lower parts of Western Australia, including Esperance, Albany, and the tree top walk at Walpole Nornalup National Park, amazing trees, so huge. From here we headed through Perth up towards Coral Bay and Exmouth. Here we went scuba diving, snorkeled and swam with the amazing whale sharks, wow, an experience not to be missed. On the way down we called into Monkey Mia, a little side trip, but well worth it.

Some times you will get people saying ‘don’t bother’ going here or there, we would never discourage anyone from seeing these wonders, even if it may seem out of the way; ask yourself ‘are you every likely to come back here?’ There’s no where we have been that we would say ‘don’t bother’, every experience is different and amazing.

Just do it! Well worth it.
